Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) at Ver Rev Massage focuses on assessing and supporting the body as an interconnected system. Treatments are designed to identify areas of restriction, tension, or imbalance and gently guide the body toward improved mobility, circulation, and overall function. A variety of hands-on treatment methods may be used depending on your individual needs, including osteoarticulation corrections, myofascial remodeling, manual lymphatic therapy, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. These techniques work together to address structural restrictions, fascial tension, fluid movement, and the relationship between organs, muscles, and joints. Your first appointment is a 90-minute initial treatment, which includes a detailed assessment and treatment to better understand how different systems of the body are interacting. Follow-up treatments are typically 60 minutes, though a 90-minute session can also be booked when more time is beneficial to address multiple areas or more complex patterns of restriction.
